     Texas Chili

Servings   16, 4 oz.

Ingredients
7.11 oz. Onions Diced
.78 oz. Crused Garlic in oil
.67 oz. Diced Jalapeno Peppers
1.5 Quart - 1/4 cup Water
1.39 oz. Beef Base
4.48 oz. Tomato Paste
1 lb. -6 5/8 oz. Drained Diced Tomatoes
1 tbsp. -1/4 tsp Chili Powder
3/4 tsp Ground Cumin
 
3/4 tsp Black Pepper
3/4 tsp Granulated Garlic
1/8 tsp Cayenne Pepper
3 lb -8 7/8 oz. Ground Beef
1 lb - 8 3/8 oz. Kidney Beans

Instructions
First, cook Ground Beef and drain. Add onions & garlic and cook until tender. Rinse the jalapeno peppers under cold water, chop jalapenos in a food processor and add them to the onion mixture.
Next, add the water, beef base, spices & tomato paste. Drain the diced tomatoes, add them to the soup and simmer the soup for 1 hour.
Lastly, drain the kidney beans and add them to the soup. Bring the soup back up to temperature and ENJOY !
Serving Suggestions
Serve with Fritos Corn Chips.
