     Spinach Lasagna

Ingredients
32 oz jar Ragu
2 eggs beaten
16 oz carton Ricotta or cottage cheese
1/2 tsp salt
10 oz pkg frozen chopped spinach (thawed and drained)
1/2 cup parmesan cheese
8 oz pkg uncooked lasagna noodles
8 oz pkg sliced mozzarella cheese
 
Instructions
Add egg Ricotta cheese, salt, spinach and 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese Mix and set aside Spread 1/2 of tomato sauce in 19x9x2in greased baking dish Place 1/2 of lasagna noodles over sauce Spread with 1/2 of spinach mixture 1/2 mozzarella cheese, and 1/2 tomato sauce Repeat layers using remaining ingredients and sprinkle remaining parm cheese
Cover securely with aluminum foil and bake at 350 for 1 hour Take out and let stand for 10 minutes
