In a bowl, stir together flour, salt, and soda - set aside.

In another bowl combine sugar bananas, stir well. Then add egg and
butter and stir to blend.
|

|
Pour liquid ingredients into dry ingredients and mix just until
moistened. Pour batter into a greased 81/2 by 41/2 inch loaf pan.
|
|
|
Bake 325 degrees for 55 to 60 minutes or until bread begins to pull
away from sides of pan. Let cool in pan for 10 minutes, then turn
out onto a rack to cool before slicing.
