Ingredients

	3 - 4 lb boneless beef roast
	10 oz. pkg au jus mix
	7 oz. pkg. Good Seasons Italian Salad Dressing mix
	10.5 oz. can beef broth
	1/2 soup can of water


Instructions


Place roast in crock pot.


Combine all ingredients and pour over roast.


Cover and cook on low for 8 hours.




Serving Suggestions

Can add carrots and potatoes
