Lemon Buttercream

Ingredients

	1 1/4 cups butter or margarine, softened
	2 teaspoons grated lemon rind
	3 Tablespoons fresh lemon juice
	3 cups sifted powdered sugar


Instructions


Beat first 3 ingredients at medium speed with an electric mixer until creamy. Gradually add powdered sugar, beating until spreading consistency.
