     White Chocolate Fudge

Ingredients
6 ounces premium white chocolate, chopped
1/2 (8 ounces) package cream cheese, softened
3 cups sifted powdered sugar
1/2 teeaspoon vanilla
1 cup chopped pecans
25 pecan halves
 

Instructions
Place white chocolate in top of double boiler; bring water to a boil. Reduce heat to low; cook until white chocolate melts, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat. Beat cream cheese at high speed with an electric mixer until creamy. Gradually add sugar; beat at medium speed until smooth. Stir in melted white chocolate and vanilla; beat well. Stir in chopped pecans. Press mixture into a lightly buttered 8 inch square pan. Cover and chill. Cut into squares. Gently press a pecan half on each square of fudge.
