Ingredients
1 pk Au Jus
1 pk GoodSeasoning Italian mix
1 can beef broth
6 oz water
3-4 lb beef roast
 
Instructions
mix ingredients together and pour over roast. Cook in crock pot for 8 hrs or until tender. Slice roast and serve on sub rolls. Use sauce for dipping.
