     Hamburger Casserole

Ingredients
1 pound hamburger
2 Tablespoons bell pepper
1 onion, chopped
1 Tablespoon chili powder
2 cups cooked macaroni
2 teaspoons salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/2 cup milk
1 can cream of mushroom soup
 
1 1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese
Instructions
Saute onions and bell peppers with meat. Cook until brown. Add rest of ingredients and place in casserole dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
