Cook together water, margarine, and cocoa powder until margarine is melted. Add buttermilk, eggs, and vanilla to chocolate mixture. Stir in flour, sugar, baking soda and cinnamon until smooth. Spread in 15 1/2 x 10 1/2 x 1 inch jelly roll pan and bake at 400 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes.
