     Apple Pie Tart

Ingredients
1 Refrigerated Pie Crust
3/4 Cup Sugar
2 Tbsp Cornstarch
1 Tbsp Ground Cinnamon
4 Cups Peeled, Thinly Sliced Apples
1 Egg White, Beatened
1 Tsp Sugar
 

Instructions
Lay out pie crust on baking sheet. Mix 3/4 Cup Sugar, cornstarch and cinnamon. Fold in apples. Soon into center of crust within 2 inches of the edge. Fold the edges over the sides and brush with egg white. Sprinkle with sugar.
Bake at 425 degrees for 20 minutes. Cool slightly before cutting.
