AKA Potato Pancakes
Grate half the potatoes, half the onions, then the remainder of the potatoes and onions. Add salt, the well-beaten eggs, and flour to thicken the mixture. Cook as pancakes and serve with stewwed apples or applesauce on top. Season the applesauce with lemon juice, nutmeg or cinnamon if desired.
