Ingredients
8 1/2 lbs Oatmeal
1 1/4 lbs Blanched Almonds
1/2 lb Pumpkin Seeds
1 1/4 lbs sesame seeds
1/2 lb Walnuts
1/2 lb Cashews
3/4 lb Peanuts
1/2 lb Pecans
3 1/4 lbs Honey
 
1 Qt Water
1 Qt Oil
1/2 c Vanilla Opt.
1 1/4 TB Salt
3 TB Cinnamon Opt
1 1/2 TB All Spice Opt.
1 TB Cloves Opt.

Instructions
Mix oats, nuts & Seeds together. Put Honey, Water, Oil, Vanilla, & Spices in a blender and mix thoroughly. Mix altogether until oat mixture is thoroughly damp. Spread on a cookie sheet about 1/2 inch thick. Bake in a 225 degree oven until completely dry, stirring every 15 minutes. Store in an airtight container.
Serving Suggestions
Serve with Milk as a cereal or dry as a snack.
