Ingredients
4 cups sugar
1 cup Milk
3/4 White Corn Syrup
4 TB Cocoa
1 Pinch Salt
1 TB Butter
3/4 Tsp Vanilla
1 C chopped Nuts
 

Instructions
Mix Sugar, milk, Syrup, Cocoa & Salt together. Cook over med. heat until mixture forms a firm ball or reaches 238 degrees. Add 1 Tb butter. Remove from heat. Cool and add Vanilla. Beat until it holds its shape. Add chopped nuts and pour in a 9x11 buttered pan.
Serving Suggestions
Serve as a dessert especially around the holidays
