Ingredients
1 cup sugar
2 Tbsp cornstarch
3 Tbsp cocoa
3 Tbsp butter or margarine
1 cup boiling water
1/2 cup cold water
1/2 tsp vanilla
 
Instructions
Mix sugar, cocoa and cornstarch with cold water. Add boiling water and cook over fire until mixture thickens. Add butter and vanilla and beat well.
