     Swedish Pancakes

Ingredients
2 eggs, beaten
2 cups milk
2 Tablespoons melted butter
1 cup sifted flour
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon sugar
 

Instructions
Combine eggs, milk and butter; beat well. Sift dry ingredients together; gradually add to milk mixture, beating constantly. Pour 3 Tablespoons batter for each cake onto hot griddle; bake until top if bubbly and edges look cooked. Turn and cook until remaining side is brown. Fill with jelly, preserves or fruit. Toll in confectioners sugar or serve with butter and syrup.
