Heat milk in saucepan; pour hot milk into a metal bowl. Gradually add marshmallows to hot milk and blend with a wooden spoon to melt. Place bowl on pan of ice to chill; do not chill in refrigerator. Gently fold in whipped cream; add creme de cacao, creme de menthe and food coloring. Mix gently and pour into prepared pie crust. This pie may be frozen.
