Cut and cook potatoes, enough for a 9x13 pan. Drain water and mash them. Add small container of sour cream, 3/4 pkg of cream cheese and milk while mashing. Place in greased 9x13 pan. Pour 3/4 stick of butter, melted, over top and sprinkle with paprika. Heat in the oven at 350 degrees. Leave uncovered last 10-15 minutes.
