     Chicken Tortilla Soup

Ingredients
2 chicken breast
15 oz crushed tomatoes
10 oz enchiladas sauce
4 oz chopped green chile peppers
1 medium onion, diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
3 tbs cilantro, finely chopped
2 cups of water
2 cups chicken broth
 
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp chili powder
1 tsp salt
4 bay leaf
1/4 tsp black pepper
10 oz corn
tortilla chips
colby jack cheese
sour cream

Instructions
1. Add the crushed tomatoes, enchiladas sauce, green chile peppers, onion, garlic, cilantro, corn, and seasoning in the crook pot for 8-10 hours on high.
Two hours before serving take the chicken out and shred it with two forks. Place back into crook pot and continue cooking for another 2 hours.
3. Serve with cheese, sour cream, and crushed tortilla chips.
