1 Tsp Baking Soda

1 Tsp Ground Cinnamon

1 C Coconut

1 C Walnuts

Instructions |

|
In large bowl, cream butter and sugar. Add eggs, one at a time. Add banilla, bananas and pineapple.
|

|
Combine flour, baking soda, cinnamon and salt. Add to creamed mixture. Fold in coconut and walnuts.

|
|
Fill 2/3 full paper-lined muffin cups. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
|
|
|
|
When cool, frost with cream cheese frosting.
