     Sweet Potato Pecan Bread

Ingredients
1 cup mashed cooked sweet potato
3/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
2 eggs
1/2 cup oil
1/4 cup orange juice
1.75 cups flour
1 T baking powder
1/2 T baking soda
 
1/2 T salt
2 T cinnamon
1/2 T all spice
1/4 T cloves
1 cups pecans - toasted
Instructions
Oven 350. 9x5 inch loaf pan - grease and flour. Electric mixer beat sweet potato add sugars, eggs, oil, and OJ. Beat 1 min. Stir on flour, BO, BS, salt, cinn, allspice, cloves. Remove beaters, stir in pecans. Bake 60-70 min. Cool 30 min.
