     Zucchini Bread

Ingredients
1 cup zucchini (grated)
2 eggs (3 if doubled)
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup oil
1.5 T vanilla
1.5 cup flour
1.2 T soda
1/3 T baking powder
1 T cinnamon
 
1/2 cup nuts
Instructions
Beat eggs, sugar, oil, vanilla, add zucchini seperately sift dry. Add to zucchini mixture. Bake 60 min, 350 degrees loaf pan.
