     Swiss Salad

Ingredients
1 bunch Romaine lettuce
6oz. grated swiss cheese
1 small bag baby spinach
4 oz cashews
2 green apples -diced
dressing
1 c.oil
1/3c white vinegar
 
1/3c sugar
1/2 Tbls poppy seed
1/2 Tbls chopped onion
1 tsp dry mustard
1 tsp salt
Instructions
Mix first 5 ingredients in bowl. Combine dressing ingredients and pour over salad before serving.
