1unsliced loaf bakery bread,cubed crust and all 1 in.pcs
1 cup black olives, drained
1 cup chopped red peppers
1/2 cup chopped green pepper
1 large red onion,chopped
4 plum tomatoes (remove pulp /seeds)chopped
1 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
3/4 cup chopped celery
3/4 cup chopped carrot
1-16oz. bottle Ranch dressing

Place cubed bread into large bowl. Add all the vegetables.Stir to mix. Add cheese and then the dressing. Stir to coat all.Cover and refrigerate.The longer it sits, the better it tastes.Please don't worry about the amount of dressing you use. The bread will not get soggy.
Serving Suggestions
Serve cold. If you do want to add meat,I have used small pieces of pepperoni.
