     Cinnamon Rolls

Ingredients
1 cup milk -heated to 110-115 degrees
2 eggs beaten
2 pkg.quick rise yeast
2 t. salt
6 T.sugar
7 cups flour-all purpose
1 cup water-heated to 110-115 degrees
6 T.shortening ( I use Crisco)
1 stick Blue Bonnet
 
2 T. cinnamon
3/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar

Instructions
Scald milk. Dissolve yeast in warm water in small bowl. Add 1t. sugar to yeast mixture.In large mixing bowl,place shortening, 6 T. sugar,cooled milk and salt. Add yeast mixture.Stir well and then add eggs.Stir in flour,1 cup at a time.Mix well.Let rest for 15 minutes,covered.Place dough on floured area.Knead for 2-3 minutes.Spread into a 12x18 inch rectangle.Cover with softened butter, Mix white sugar and cinnamon and sprinkle over butter. Sprinkle with brown sugar. Roll up and cut into 1 inch slices.Place in greased jelly roll pan or 2 9x13 pans. Let rise till double.Bake at 350 degrees for 20-22 minutes.I frost mine with my favorite white frosting recipe.
Serving Suggestions
Lots of butter and served warm- makes me smile everytime.
