     Elaine's Cheese Ball

Ingredients
2- 8 oz. pkg.cream cheese-room temp
1/4 cup chopped onion
1 t. seasoned salt
1/4 cup chopped fine green pepper
1/4 cup chopped fine red pepper
1- 8oz. can crushed pineapple-drained well
Chopped or crushed Pecans
Assorted crackers
 
Instructions
Mix all ingredients except pecans and crackers.Roll into a ball and cover with crushed pecans.Refrigerate. I have also made this,then placed into a pretty dish,then sprinkle pecans on top.Either way,it tastes great.
Serving Suggestions
Great with all kinds of crackers.
