Line a jelly roll pan with foil.(I use the non stick kind)Line the pan with club crackers,covering the entire bottom,breaking 6 minutes an crackers to fit if needed.
In saucepan,melt butter and add brown sugar.Whisk together and boil for 1 minute.Pour over crackers.
Bake for 6 minutes at 375 degrees.
Remove from oven and cover with chips.Allow to melt and spread gently.Cover with nuts .Press down carefully as it will be hot.
Allow to cool-when able to handle,just start breaking it into nice size pieces.
Store in covered containers.
