     Chicken Casserole w/Stuffing

Ingredients
1 whole chicken (baked)
(I usually buy skinless breasts or chicken tenders)
It takes about 4-5 chicken breasts
1 - 6oz sour cream
1 can mushroom soup
1 small can evaporated milk
 
Stuffing
1 cube margarine
1/2 c chopped celery
1 small onion, chopped, optional
1 small (8 oz) package Pepperidge Farm stuffing
1 can chicken broth

Instructions
Cut chicken in bit size pieces. Mix sour cream, mushroom soup and evaporated milk. Add chicken. Mix well and set aside.
In skillet, saute margarine, celery and onion until onions are tender. Add this to stuffing along with chicken broth. Mix well.
In pyrex baking 'cake' pan 1) pour chicken mixture in bottom of pan. Spread evenly over bottom of pan. Top this layer with the stuffing mixture.
Cook covered for 30 minutes. Uncover and cook 10 minutes longer.
Serving Suggestions
Serve with green beans, rolls and salad.
