Core and clean green peppers. Mix the ground meat with bread crumbs and eggs. Season and stuff the green peppers with the mixture. Place the stuffed peppers in a shallow pan with a small amount of water in the bottom and bake them in a reflector oven for about 1/2 hour. Serve with tomato catsup (or heated concentrated tomato soup, undiluted).
