6 avocados
1/4 cup butter or margarine
water or milk
3 cups dry bread crumbs
3/4 tsp salt

Select avocados that are just ripe (meat firm). Cut in half, remove seed and fill seed cavity with mixture of breadcrumbs, seasoned and made moist with a small amount or water (or milk) butter, salt and pepper. Bake in a reflector oven until bread crumbs are brown.
