For 2 servings- Cut half a chicken into pieces to fit can; add 1 potatoe, peeled and diced, on top of chicken; add 1/2 tsp salt. Scrape and slice 1 carrot very thin over the potatoes; cut 1 celery stalks in small pieces; pour 1/2 cup water over all. Mix 1/2 cup biscuit mix with 4 tsp water. Then pat out 1 inch balls of dough and put on top of vegetables--as many as can will hold. Cover securely. Place on embers and cook 1 hour.
