Instructions |

|
Thoroughly rinse starch from rice until water runs mostly clear.
|

Over high heat, bring rice and water to a boil.
|

cover, reduce heat to low. simmer for 15 minutes.
|
|
|
take pot off the heat, but DO NOT lift the lid for another 15
minutes.
|
