     Spinach Feta Burgers

Ingredients
1 1/4 pounds of ground chicken
1/4 cup of bread crumbs
1/4 cup chopped fresh spinach
1/2 cup of feta cheese
1 tbs. olive oil
1/2 tbs. oregano
1 1/2 tbs. of Montreal or Wegman's pepper blend seasoning
1 egg
 
Instructions
Mix well and shape into patties. Cook on sprayed grill.
