Cook onion in margarine in Dutch oven over medium heat about
5 min., stirring occasionally, until onion is crisp tender. Mix
flour, cumin, garlic salt, and coriander in medium bowl.
Gradually stir in milk. Pour into Dutch over. Stir in corn and
beans. Heat to boiling, stirring constantly. Boil and stir 1 minute;
remove from heat. Stir in 1 c of cheese until melted. Top each
serving with remaining cheese and cilantro.
