Combine butter, sugars, graham cracker crumbs, and milk. Boil the
mixture over med heat for 5 min to make a sauce. Spray 13x9x2-in pan with cooking spray
and line bottom with a single layer of crackers. Pour half the sauce over the crackers, then
place a second layer of crackers over the sauce. Pour remaining sauce over this layer and
add a third layer of crackers. In a saucepan, combine chocolate chips, butter scotch chips,
and peanut butter. Melt over low heat and stir until smooth. Pour over top layer of
crackers. Refrigerate until hardened.
