     Egg Cassarole

Ingredients
11 slices white bread- removed crust and cube
1 sm onion sliced thin
1 can mushrooms
6 eggs beaten
3 c. milk
2c. or more ham cubed
2c shredded cheese
 

Instructions
Place cubed bread on bottom of greased 9 x 13 pan. Add sliced onion and mushrooms. Mix eggs and milk. Pour over onion,mushrooms and bread cubes.Add ham. Cover and refrigerate for several hours or overnight. Bake at 350 for 1 hour, after 1/2 hour add cheese and finish baking.
A small can of green chilies or chopped green pepper is also really good in this.
