1 Pound of Bulk Sausage (Recommend Hot)

1 Large Onion, Chopped

1 Pkg of Chopped Spinach (Squeezed Dry)

1 Pkg of Cream Cheese, Softened

1 Egg - Beatened
|
|
2 Cups of Mozzarella, Shredded
|

2 Cups of Cheddar Cheese, Shredded

1 Cup of Cottage Cheese
|
|
1 Cup of Parmesan Cheese
|
|

1/4 Tsp Salt
|
|
1/4 Tsp Pepper
|
|
1/8 Tsp Cinnamon
|
|
24 Jumbo Pasta Shells
|
|
29 Ounce Can of Tomato Sauce
|
|
1 Tbsp Dried Minced Onion
|
|
1 1/2 Dried Basil
|
|
1 1/2 Dried Parsley
|
|
2 Garlic Cloves, Minced
|
|

Instructions |
|
|
In large skillet, cook sausage and onion till no longer pink. Drain
|
|
|
Transfer to large bowl and stir in spinach, cream cheese, egg. Add Mozzerella, Cheddar, cottage cheese, parmesean cheese, salt, pepper and cinnamon.

|
|
Stuff shells with sausage mixture and arrange in baking dishes. Coat with cooking spray.
|
|
|
Combine the rest of ingredients plus 1/2 tsp of salt and 1/4 tsp of pepper. Spoon over shells. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
