1) Steam lobsters in a large pot, covered, for 14
minutes. Transfer to plate and let cool. Remove meat
from shells. Whisk 2 tablespoons melted butter with
lemon juice. Toss in the meat. Cut the bread into 1
inch cubes, crusts removed. Melt 2 tablespoons
butter in a medium skillet. Toast bread until
golden. Toss with sea salt. Divide on meat and bread
on 2 plates. Serve with lemon wedges and garnish
with tarragon.
