2lbs pork - shoulder, chop or loin, cut into small chunks
flour- seasoned with salt, pepper, lawry's, chili powder
1 onion chopped
1 garlic clove chopped
1 large can Rotel regular
1 small can Rotel hot
1-2 can chopped green chilis
2-3 jalapeno chopped
1tsp cumin
Instructions
Heat oil in skillet, cook onion and garlic.
Roll pork in flour mixture and add to skillet, brown pork add a little water to mkae a thick gravy( add more flour of needed) Add cumin. Tranfer to crock pot, add rotel, green chilies and jalapenos. Cook for 5-6 hours
