Mix dry ingredients well. Add fruit cocktail, then eggs. Mix real well. Pour into a greased and floured pan. Mix together 1/4 cup brown sugar and 1/2 cup coconut. Bake at 350 degrees until brown.
ICING FOR FRUIT COCKTAIL CAKE-
1/2 c. canned milk
1/2 c. coconut
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. pecans
1 stick butter
Boil milk, butter and sugar for about 4 to 5 minutes. Add coconut and pecans. Spread on cake while hot.
