Add 1 tsp garlic to bowl with 1/2 tsp pepper and 1/4 tsp salt, 1 tsp supgar to bowl with mince and mix together.

Slice carrot thinly, then dice. Slice onion, thinly then dice. Chop spring onion into small slices.

Add 2tbsp oil to pan and 1 tsp garlic. Add pork, then onion and carrot. Cook until the onion is soft, then add spring onion and cook for 3min.

|
Stuff squid with cooked mixture then close then end by threading with a toothpick in a cross.
Heat 2 tbsp oil in pan and place squid in. Cook on medium heat. Cook until brown on all sides. Use scissors to cut squid into small slices and remove toothpicks.
