     Chip Chop Ham Barbeque

Ingredients
1 1/4 lbs. Chipped Ham - Isley's
2 tbsp. Water
1 tsp. Paprika
1 tsp. Ground Mustard
1 tbsp. White Vinegar
1/4 c. Brown Sugar
2 tbsp. Grape Jelly
3/4 c. Ketchup
 

Instructions
Prepare ham by tearing the meat into 1/ 1/2 to 2 in. pieces.
In a medium saucepan combine water, paprika, mustard, vinegar, brown sugar and jelly. Simmer for 5 minutes. Add ketchup and simmer for another 5 minutes. Add ham slowly to the mixture so all pieces are coated.
Cover to simmer for a few minutes till it is hot through. Heat on medium for an additional 15 minutes. For best results turn off the heat for 30 minutes then reheat.
