Ingredients
2 eggs
1 c sour tapioca starch
1 c tapioca starch
1/2 c corn oil
1 c milk
1 c parmasan cheese
1 pinch of salt`
 

Instructions
Place egg starch milk and oil in blender and mix well.
Add cheese gently mix in. Add salt to taste. Spray muffin pan with oil. Put into mini muffin tins and bake at 350 for 25 to 30 minutes.
Let sit for 5 minutes before you serve it.
