     Spinach Artichoke Dip

One can artichoke hearts, drained
One package frozen spinach, thawed and drained
1 can cream of celery soup
1/2 cup mayo
1 cup shredded (not grated) parmesan cheese
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp onion powder
2 cloves garlic (or 1/2 tsp garlic powder)
1/2 cup shredded parmesan OR mozzarella cheese

Mix all ingredients EXCEPT for the 1/2 cup shredded parm or mozzarella.
Bake uncovered at 375 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
Add 1/2 cup shredded parm or mozzarella on top. Bake for an additional 5 minutes, or until cheese is melted.
Serve with pita chips, crackers, tortilla chips, or veggies
