Spray inside crock pot. Cook ground beef. Mix beef with sauce, spread 1/4 meat sauce on bottom, layer noodles on top, combine cheeses in a bowl and spoon over noodles, repeat layers, top with sauce. Cook on low for 4 hours. Add any type of cheese for the last 10 minutes to melt. Let stand with lid off for aprox 10 minutes.
