     Macadamia & Irish Cream Cookies

1 Cup brown sugar
1/2 Cup softened butter
1/4 Cup Half and Half
1/2 Cup Irish Cream
1/4Teaspoon Rum Extract
1 1/2 Cups Flour
1/4 Teaspoon Baking Powder
1/8 Teaspoon Salt
1 3.25 oz coarsely chopped Nuts
1/2 Cup Powdered Sugar
2 Tablespoons Irsh Cream Liquer

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Combine brown sugar & butter and beat until well creamed (scrape bowl often). Add half and half, liquer & rum extract. Mix well. Add flour, baking soda, and salt and continue mixing until well blended. Then add nuts by stirring.
Drop dough in rounded balls on cookie sheet. 2 inches apart. Bake 10 to 12 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool on cookie sheet before removing to rack.
Stir together glaze ingredients in small bowl. Drizzle over cookies and let stand until set.
