     Orzo with feta and pine nuts

Ingredients
1 lb orzo
8 oz feta cheese, crumbled
1 cup chopped, fresh basil
1 cup chopped green onion
1/2 cup toasted pine nuts
Vinaigrette-
3 tbsp fresh lemon juice
3/4 cup olive oil
 
salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
Mix vinaigrette ingredients in a small boil. Boil orzo. Once done, put in a large, wide bowl. Mix feta, basil and green onions with orzo. Add vinaigrette and pine nuts. Toss and serve at room temperature.
