     Gravy for Biscuits and Gravy

Ingredients
Drippings from sausage
2 teaspoons flour
1 bouillon cube
1 2/3 cup milk
 

Instructions
Shake the flour with some of the milk in a jar (sometimes) or you can make a roux with the flour and grease - if you don't have enough grease, add butter. Add bouillon cube and milk. Stir continuously. I use a spatula flat against the bottom of the pan so that you don't get lumps. Heat until it boils then turn down a little and cook until thickened.
