     Balsamic Chicken

Ingredients
4 skinless, boneless chicken breasts
1/3 cup balsamic vinegar
1/2 cup chicken broth
2 Tablespoons white sugar
1 teaspoon italian seasoning
1 teaspoon salt
1 Tablespoon minced garlic
 

Instructions
Mix all ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Place chicken in a dish cover with mixture to marinate in the refrigerator for 1/2 hour or more (flipping once).
Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. cook chicken (set marinade aside) in the pan for 8 minutes, flipping once halfway through. reduce heat to med-low and add remaining marinade to pan with the chicken. cook for 10 more minutes, flipping once halfway through.
Remove chicken from pan, and allow the marinade to keep reducing until thick. pour over (or alongside) chicken.
Serving Suggestions
serve with steamed rice and steamed broccoli.
