1 ear of corn (in the husk) per person
|
|
desired seasonings (seasoning salt, garlic powder, chipotle powder, etc)
|
|
butter
|
|
tin foil
|

Instructions |
|
|
submerge ear of corn in a big bowl of water. soak for 15 minutes.
remove from water and discard husk. season to your liking.
|
|
|
Roll corn in butter and wrap in tin foil.
cook on grill for 20-25 minutes
remove tinfoil and cook for 5 more minutes for grill marks.
