2 3.3oz packages of instant white chocolate pudding mix
1/2 vanilla bean
8 oz melted semi-sweet chocolate
1 Tbsp canola oil
2 ox chopped white baking chocolate
2 cups fresh strawberries
Instructions
Whisk milk and instant pudding mix for 2 minutes.
With a sharp knife, split and scrap 1/2 of a vanilla
bean to remove seeds, stir seeds into pudding. Let
stand for 2 minutes
Spoon into 8 4 oz. ramekins. Melt chocolate w/ 1
Tbsp canola oil in a microwave; spoon onto puddings.
Refrigerate until chocolate is set.
Melt white chocolate and drizzle over top. Serve
with 2 cups of sliced strawberries.
